Great comparison Pictures. Fire up your scoot with the koso see what kind of belt travel you get . And what kind of top speed . You sure need more than 1 mm of ships with both to make it work so you dont f-up your splines

The installed pictures are both Koso, the multivar actually has the kick starter gear hanging off the end and used a spacer in the back between the ramp plate and electric starter gear due to design.
Busy yesterday evening comparing the two a bit is as far as I got. If anyone wants any more or different pictures while there sitting next to each other let me know.

I've got bad news for you.
That's not a real KOSO variator.

Well that sucks, I’ll have to see how it works anyway. Will have to try another source.

even tho it's not a Koso I have a question please. as far as function/performance goes, does it mean anything or make a difference that your getting different measurements for the ramps/roller spaces? or is that just basic , normal wear? thanks

The two variators are very different, the Koso is supposed to use 15x12 weights the multivar 16x13. The ramps in the Koso are physically longer.
