you could just put it in a bucket of water a few inches and stick your hand in the bucket and cover the end of the pipe with the palm of your hand and lift it all out and see if it's leaking .use your imagination

The pipe on there is a Tecnigas RS. Replaced once with the same , since Ive owned this scoot since 2004.
The pipe/bike specifically uses a large diameter metal O- ring crush gasket. And yes I have tried every other kind ( no exaggeration ) and I even resorted to buying metal exhaust gasket sandwhich board ( has some squish ) and cutting out some and trying those.

So like I was mentioning yesterday, so I just got under my scoot with a ratchet and low and behold, I could tighten the bolts up, even though I tightened them all tight last night !?!?!?

I never had any overheating issues. Though people have said onhere when i showed pictures of the the plug it was hot, but then i tried messing with exhaust and it showed colder. But last time recently pipe was loud again and plug showed hot.

You just may have overheated a little bit just short of seizing. So you might have a slight uneveness on the manifold . The best gaskets in the world wont do anything if the bolt/studs keep shaking loose.
When you were running studs did you ever double nut with a lock nut ? I double nut the studs to keep them tight I have snapped off bolts .
What torque value are you torquing the bolts too or are you just going till they are finger tight ?

seems like cheapest thing to do would be some version of re-threading

So alot of different points you all are making, thank you. Will take one at a time. Also how would one know definitively if exhaust port was warped? Visually it looks just fine, i can include a pic soon as I get home to computer.

To reply about the torque. Yes tighten by hand or feel, snug, not as hard as could. Then its like i can come back and they tighten more after over night with out touching or just a ride around the block. Maybe im just an idiot. Lol

I get the loosening up after running down the road after it warms up. But sitting over night it must be those f-ing gremlins ,Like the ones that steal one of my socks from the washer . Or that drink the last cold beer in the fridge.
Its fixes like these that get me frustrated and I just tell my wife you know i just broke that exhaust bolt off on my scooter . Well Honey instead of using the ez out it just makes more sense for me to pop a new cylinder on. I just use words like port timing ,power band and say sexy names like Malossi and she just lets me do my thing.

Here is a plug photo I took today. I don't know if that's horrible but needs to be darker for sure.

check out some of Brents threads about dial indicators. first you can just try a straight edge with a light behind it; but there isn't much surface area to check ; may not even see it.
