I can see this is really frustrating for you. If it was my scooter, I think with all the problems, I would just put a new head on. New head and piston should not be too much money.

That is how I got the Malossi on the Wife's Vino ,I snapped a exhaust bolt off. I figured I had as much time in effort in the the ezout fix crawling around on the floor . I might as well just put some go fast parts on.
So I put a new cylinder on and of course I have to inform my wife this stock pipe is kinda old I should just take care of that .

@ Zino18 ….. your awesome !lol Anyway here is picture of the exhaust port looks pretty good ( this was taken last week before I snapped the stud ), but how could I take measurements to see if port is so called warped ? In the picture the upper exhaust manifold does not look like it goes around the bolt is that sheared off . It probalbly is just a shadow your shroud is melted and you have alot of blowby spooge on the right of the picture this problem definetly has been going on awhile

I don't understand , could you say it in a different way ?
Are you saying you think you see the actually manifold has come undone or something ?
Thanks.

aeroxbud. You wrote : I would just put a new head on. New head and piston should not be too much money. Im not sure if I have the correct tools , time or money to do that right now. I am some what mechanically inclined though have never taken a scooter engine apart before, I have the fear I wouldn't do some spec right and ruin it but I would love to actually in the future.

Apparently it appears I have to helicoil the one side of exhaust port. I went out under there with ratchet and there again I could tighten it. So I don't have any experience with helicoils. Do I have to drill , if so I don't think I would be able to drill a straight hole ?

You already have the hole. So the drill should follow it. Lots of how to fit helicoils on YouTube

Just tried with small o ring gasket that people keep sending me. Sounds like no muffler at all on.

Heli coil really is not that hard on you tube they give examples I would give a level of difficulty somewhat above a oil and filter change and below swapping disc brakes on a car.
As Far as a cylinder swap My 11 year old son has helped me with the last 3 . I would put it around the difficulty of a disc brake job .
Torque wench is a must for head bolts and feeler gauges for measuring ring end gaps . Some screw drivers ,socket wrench, needle nose pliers for wrist pin clips ,rags ,carb cleaner is about 95% of the tools and stuff that you would use I also use copper gasket spray on the head and base gaskets .
Some patience and alot of picture taking as you disassemble .
I taught my son a few new swear words putting in the last wrist pin clip on the floor on one of our builds . The first one I did the easy way at my bench .
Brent has a pretty good tutorial on cylinder swaps with that and the kymco service manual it can be done .
Once you Go 70 cc you will wish you would have went there sooner .

What does this Reverse exhaust do for our 2 stroke scoots ? Is it louder or quieter ?

Apparently it's one of the quietest exhausts. It's Giannelli's top exhaust, so should be a reasonable performer.

Ok, thank you.
If you are able to, could you go over to my Thread on exhaust leak and rate my spark plug that is showing hot ?
