I have a 49cc 1P39QMB I just put a 50mm bore kit in (worth every penny i highly suggest this to anyone) its made by peace sports I took the CVT cover off to replace the variator weights. The cover was very hard to get off. Ive never been into one of these before i thought maybe the Shaft that the kick bar attaches to might need the snap ring and washer removed in order for the cover to come off. Well i was wrong of course but the shaft when in too far and the gear spun around and when i was trying to get it back around the whole thing unwound itself. Ive searched the net and forums looking for instructions on how to put the whole kick start assy back in but I have come up empty. Your help would be great. Thanks for taking the time to look.
