Welcome to the forum. Why did you rebuild it? Was it running ok before? Nine times out of ten it's a blocked jet. Did you take all the jets out. Then blast them with carb cleaner? Making sure all the passage ways are clear. Is the intake sealed correctly? No holes. Two Strokes hate air leaks.

It sat in a garage for 10 years. I did notice cracks in the intake pipe. I will have a new one in a few days, hope that works.

Making sure all the passage ways are clear. Is the intake sealed correctly? No holes. Two Strokes hate air leaks. All that is good advice ! So you completely tore it down ran wire through all the jets used air and purged them or shot carb cleaner through them stick them up to a light and see if you see the light through them . Did you clean and purge the lines be for you hooked it up again? If your tank was dirty and your line had garbage in it the first time you reinstall it all that garbage goes in your float bowl and you will have the same issue all over . Just asking because it is a common mistake that everyone makes at least one time in your scooter career lol I did it once on a 4 wheeler and it took me 20 minutes to remove the carb so that made me purge lines immediate after i pull the carb and clean tank first ! Now standard procedure for me lol

I'm at a lost. Installed new intake pipe, it ran great for 10 minutes even drove it around the yard. It's back to bogging down at full throttle with a new carb. Please help!!

Have you replaced the fuel filter? Sounds like your carb keeps getting clogged or something of that nature. If it sat for 10 years, I wouldn’t doubt your rank needs a cleaning and the entire fuel delivery system needs replacing or cleaning as well.

If the atv has a vacuum operated petcock for the fuel, it might be that the petcock is no good. Transparent fuel lines are good to check for flow or air bubbles in the fuel lines.

Have you disconnected the field lines from and sucked on the vacuum to at least make sure you’re getting some flow?

I have 3 lines coming off the petcock. 2 to the gas tank and 1 to the carb. I have good fuel flow. Could it be the reef on the intake ?

You should have one line from tank, one line to carb, and one line from VACUUM to operate the valve. Sounds like the carburetor isn't getting sufficient fuel flow - you are basically idling on fumes and when you throttle you are leaning out.

Is there something in the tank? Like i said 2 lines go to the tank, one to the carb.
