Well it's slow at my work so I decided to build a slip roll to make exhaust pipes for my scooters. I just started today, but I got a piece of 1" steel ( couldn't find a piece of aluminum) And cut out the ends of the slip roll I'm going to make the rollers for the slip roll and then figure out how and where I'm going to drill out the holes for the end pieces To make it work correctly.

Best thing about this project is I get the materials for free, and I get paid to do it! Can't beat that!

Well, you put the piece of sheet metal in it, then you crank the handle! There is a roll in the back that is adjustable, so that way you roll a little at a time..over Rollin is a pain to redo. If you want it to look right and be perfectly round. It is still missing the hears so that the top roll will also move when you crank the handle. But that's on its way.
