I would say anyone claiming 55mph without any change in air intake isn't terribly honest.
That said, from the look of your scooter, you might like nice looking stuff. A decent aftermarket exhaust and that bunch of parts is probably close to $300.
I don't know why someone would need a new oil pump, and most of those parts are really vague. I mean if the site somewhere else describes what a "beast big bore kit" is? Or the actual measurements on the carb, it might be easier to know.
I buy Goofit parts from Amazon, so I'm pretty much verified scooter trash. partsforscooters.com has some decent Japanese made parts if you really feel like investing $1000 in motor parts to do 50mph. Nothing wrong with it, it's a goal, and it takes work. I'm a lot happier with 40mph for cheap though.
Just my 2¢

I wouldn't buy crap from those guys. The "beast" big bore kit....LOL. What I don't like is that they don't list the displacement or any information on the BBK kit portion of that kit so you really don't know what your getting. Going over a 47mm kit you have to expect some major wear on your crank. Also those upgraded parts like the cdi and such, unless your trying to diagnose a rpm limited cdi issue like I was I wouldn't bother with those parts either. It's best to do one upgrade at a time as well, I just did a BBK and a direct intake system and had trouble getting everything dialed in just with that. Takes time. I'm a scooter trash guy too, my BBK is glaxil, which so far is decent quality. I average 40-42 mph GPS verified with no further mods other then a cone air intake. partsforscooters.com is a great company, I've had good experience with them, if you want to do some engine mods is recommend those guys for parts. That's a pretty rad looking scoot though.
