I think your pony is a 4 stroke engine. This thread is about 2 stroke engines. Check out all the awesome listings on the left of the screen to find a bunch of info on 4 and 2 strokes. Welcome to the forum!

If I was going to shoot for 65 mph This is what I already have planned on paper Upgrade Crank or Be prepared to swap at a later date Because of the higher rpms Yasuni C16 so I can run around 11,000 rpms Polini Corsa ,Malossi Mhr ,Stage 6 mk2 Malossi overange or Stage 6 Overrange 10 to 1 or 11 to 1 Gear ratio The mid race builds have enough to push the 10 to 1 gears Builds similar to this played in that zone Does anyone have experience with malossi multivar or something like it (tuning variator kits) that how much big top speed it can achieve? Or is sonething like 70mph achieveable without malossi overrange or stage 6 oversize variators

You don't need an over range of oversize CVT to hit big speeds. I think my stage 6 one gave me about 5MPH more. What you would need is a gear up kit, and a lot of power.

The part im going to run(airsal 70 sport with matched case, 0.6squish and 195degree exhaust duration, also im going to raise transfers accordingly. The pipe im going to run is yasuni c21 carrera. For carb im running a 24 pwk

For carb im running a 24 pwk That's a lot of pipe for that kit. I know on my Aerox the LC sport cylinder is rated between 10-12hp. It's made for low end power. And even porting it it's not going to be happy at the 12,000rpm the pipe wants. What sort of crank are you running to put up with that sort of revs?

The crank im running is a doppler endurance, which should be good up to 15k revs. I think the 12-13k mark should be achievable on the airsal, as its exhaust port is good sized from the factory (not duration wise) and with a 1-2mm spacer under the cylinder i can raise the transfer without increasing the sizes too much. but im wondering if my stock final drive gears can get it going over 60mph.

It's very doubtful you would get a true 60MPH without gears. You didn't say what scooter it is. But most are geared towards the 40MPH range. You could use the speed calculator on the site to give you a good idea. www.49ccscoot.com/calculators.html

At the same time im doing a liquid cooling conversion. after the motor is running im trying the top speed and see where it gets me and try the higher gearing. Do you have suggestions for gearing (still able to wheelie and able to hit powerband at low speeds approxmately 10-15mph)
