Hello guys, could anybody suggest me a way to show the acceleration time for example from 0 to 35mph on my videos (as brent is used to do in tuning test)? i would like to find a way to overlay the time and video at the same time without the need of video editing etc.... i'm using android, i know the app track addict, but is not able to set acceleration till fixed speed (only acceleration time in presetted distances), so i'm searching for different applications.
if anybody have a suggestion would be great!

Mine has always been from video editing. Vidometer can display some info on the screen. Not sure if it will show a timer or accleration runs or if it's available for android.
If you already have an app that can do distance runs, that would be fine if you were trying to track your progress or something. If it runs an on-screen timer and speedometer, then a simple pause would show you where the timer was at whatever speed.

I add the timer in post. I usually watch my hand in the video when possible to see when I twist the throttle. Zoom into the timeline a lot and place the timer. That's not going to be the best for a low time to brag about, but it takes tuning into account a little more. That and waiting on speedometer lag will extend times. For me, it's about comparison mostly. To see what helps or hinders.
If you were filming 2 things to later sync, then you just clap where both will pick it up and the sharp audio peaks will let you sync them up easy later. I've never messed with any sort of onboard telemetry and trying to sync that with video.
I would think that even on a phone, you could probably add a timer pretty easily in some simple editing app if you were able to get the speedometer in your camera's view.
