I put this here ‘cause I’m hoping that if any have some tips it could be a handy hint.
Somehow, some of the dip type carb cleaner got on my garage floor. It stinks, it needs to be cleaned up. Anyone have a way for doing that? I was going to hit it with kitty litter and let that soak, the hit it with alcohol and then scrub it up.
Really hoping someone has a better idea. 😀

I've spilled oil on my concrete floor ; sprayed it with brakleen ,sopped it up with paper towels. cleaned it good.
if that doesn't do it then I'd try liquid ajax. never thought about it before but you could try pouring another scent on top of it. patchouli or perfume ?

Plain cheap kitty litter, thin layer, grind it in with your shoe. Wait an hour. Get it up (the litter). Repeat. When floor looks good, pour a little compatible solvent (look up what Not to mix the spill with), Kitty litter.

I have done the same thing it sucks ! The concrete is course and your not getting all of the dip by just wiping it up, it is still in the low sections and just kicks off till it's gone and that could take weeks months ! lol Scrub the floor with a brush and Tide powder or liquid dawn straight and rinse repeat a few time air blow compressor or leaf blower dry and see if it stops ... I dumped a gallon can on the floor try working after that! It killed the day cleaning it up

I use paper towels then throw them outside to dry. Ordinary clay kitty litter ground in with shoes and swept away will remove stains.

After cleaning up as best as you can, hit it with the heat gun to get the aromatics to evaporate quicker.

After cleaning up as best as you can, hit it with the heat gun to get the aromatics to evaporate quicker. Or use a torch...
