I had never seen any of the Godfather movies. Seen Brando impressions a million times and heard about the horse head. That's about all I knew. They were free on demand so I finally watched 1 & 2 in 4 sittings in 2 days (they're 3hrs each). IMO, pretty good, but if we're talking about classic mob movies, I like Goodfellas and Casino better. Guess you have to take into consideration that The Godfather was done almost 50 years ago though.
Maybe someday I'll watch the other huge franchise that I've never seen... Star Wars.

Three of them are good, three of them are kinda dumb, and three of them are so bad they make the dumb ones good and the good ones @#$&ing brilliant.

Stumptown on Hulu. Decent network-type show. Was on ABC for 1 season recently, but they didn’t renew it. Too bad.
