I purchased a Benelli x50i, my first scooter. The first day I had it the spedo cable broke. The helmet hook was missing, Andretti badge peeling off, and the key fell apart in my hand. April assured me that if I followed the online warranty process, all parts would be sent. A week later the ball joint on the right mirror gave way while I was comming home from work. Floppy mirror hangin.
A shipping label was created for my parts, but they were never sent. I have contacted my credit card company and they put a hold on his account. Contacted the BBB and wrote compaints for all three of the companies BJ Moose is listed under. Contacted a lawyer in SC because I've seen posts where he did the same thing to others.
Don't buy from buycheapatvs.com, riderswholesale, or anything with Moosier Moto associated with it if you expect him to stand behind what he sells.
