Welcome to the forums Where are you located ? In the states pgo big max is rebadged as genuine scooters roughhouse or rattler models . Minarelli parts are pretty easy to come buy a ton of universal parts and aftermarket options. What carb did you put on and what 70cc kit ? Is fuel getting to the cylinder ? Here is a copy of the service manual for you www.motorscooterguide.net/Manuals/PGO_PM50_PM110_Service_Manual.pdf

I have spark and compression and have changed everything except the damn seals and don’t have a leak tester I just put a new stair on it so I know it should be firing right but even spraying starting fluid nothing

Ya got spark. Ya got fuel. Ya got compression. So, what's left? Timing. The cdi might be wrong. Could have the wrong baseline curve, or the flywheel/stator could.be off from each other. Line up the timing marks and see where your piston is...

Ok so how is the piston supposed to be compared to the flywheel bc I don’t see how to change anything bc it has a key way that it just fits into

I would suggest you take a step back, fit the old cdi,old carb and see if there is life there,a lot of 50cc carbs need up jetting to suit a 70 set up.check the case is not flooded, access the reed valve to do this, check the arrow on the piston is pointing to the exhaust port.you will have to have the air box attached and the cowls all in place before you try to start it.? did it ever run.

It never ran no so I’m stumped but I know the piston is in the right direction I took my time when I put everything back together

I took it completely apart and found the seal in the cvt on the crank had come out some how, well I messed up and stripped the bolts that hold the reads in place and my drill bits and tap set are just getn in my nerves so I’m taking it to the machine shop that’s on my road and get new bolts in it and then going to put everything back together and hope it runs,
