I used to run the Polini Hi-Speed Evo OR variator on my previous Jog engine. I made an install video and posted tons of images in this forum. Unfortunately I removed those a while back. Luckily the engine is in the room next door so I went and took some pics for better understanding. Normally there should be a small collar on the crankshaft behind the stock variator. That is not needed anymore. Place that new collar on the crankshaft first. The variator rear plate doesn't have any teeth like the stock plate has, so that it can fit on top of that new collar. Once the variator is on the crankshaft hold it there and take the drive boss and insert the recessed end towards the engine. Done! Those things with the tails are spacers used to space out the rear collar that sits on the crankshaft to align the belt with the rear pulley. You most likely won't need those. Do not use them as spacers on the drive boss the tail will damage your belt. If you want to use them as regular spacers sand down those tails and make sure they are nice and smooth.
