That's the thing; I used IE for many years. Then tried firefox for a while,went back to IE, went to chrome,quit IE for about four years til today basically.I also have Chromium,firefox and palemoon on my linux machine. If Explorer keeps working to send a pic now and then that's cool.

I'm rocking Linux Mint jloi. It's a nice change from windoze, although I have that on a different pc.

I'm not a very good "linux user" ; tell you the truth.I've been using Mint for years but can't code etc. . after x amount of time things would break and I'd just reinstall. Inever was in a office enviro or had 1 single person to learn with - so I just ended up exploring the web and not getting skillful. thru the years I tried a ton of diff distros. just for fun . last week I changed to linux lite . got tired of mint always sending updates I never use. for samba shares, cups- no printer and so on . I swear 90% of the updates were for things I never do . anyway right now I'm lovin Lite OK.
i still have win 10 but never use it . yuck . I finally bought it instead of ______ not buying it and it has it's functions for some things like the golf club game I like and a drone sim too . but , been tied up with scoot and other stuff since I came back for my mom.

I've been mostly using mint for watching history dox and stuff on youtube thru palemoon or firefox.It works great for me for that. And that's about all I mess with because it's so easy to screw linux up. I'm convinced some of the smartest people around are in Linux. My other machine has 8.1 and since AMD and nvidia have basically abandoned 8.1 for new or any drivers in AMD's case, so I will have to get Windows 10 since my new AMD card requires win 10. The only reason I'm doing this is I like Vidya games on pc. |
