I am not familiar with this scoot. Does any one know which 2 stroke it may have in it? If its Chinese are there 70cc bbk's for it?

Looks liek a Linhai Powermax 50, could be something diff but close. It's a minarelli 2t CVT cover as far as I can tell. If it's a Linhai, it's a 1E40FM instead of a 1E40QMB that is more common. That's good if you wanna build a big motor someday, because the cases should clearanced out already for a bigger crank and cylinder. It's bad if you want the most parts for 50-70cc stuff because it's setup a little different than most. Autotech355 on eBay does, or at least did, carry big bore kits that will work for these though. There's a bit more info here...

A minarelli powered scoot in good condition is well worth $350 IMO.

Thanks for the good info. I think I would rather stick with the 1E40QMB platform.
Im trying to find my buddy a scoot that parts are easily available.
