What is wrong with it that caused it to be abandoned?
Looks like a fairly nifty little vehicle.

I don't think it's been abandoned. They have this old tradition in Wales that Milly follows. It's called, finders, keepers!

I don't think it's been abandoned. They have this old tradition in Wales that Milly follows. It's called, finders, keepers! The old chap that owned it left it at the garage before his knees were due to be done. I asked him about 3 yr ago if he wanted to sell it but he said would have a think and just recently the garage owner bumped into him and he said to garage owner to give the car to me as he waiting for an op still on one knee still and won't be taking up driving again. I have given it a quick look over and there is a crack right across the roof and in the front wing area and headlamp support brackets rusted out master cylinder seized so it maybe going for spares or repair. I know of someone up in Tregaron so may pass it on to them as they got one still I think.
