The two times I have ordered tires from racingplanetusa they modified my order a week later, cancelling the tires due to them being out of stock. It also decreased my overall price and resulted in me having to pay shipping on the parts I had left.
Really weird.
At the very least their warehousing and stock number system is not very accurate online.
I probably won't order from them again unless they're the only ones with a part I need.

They do that kinda crap all the time. When it says "In stock in the USA" it is guaranteed BS! I have also had to wait MONTHS for my orders to come. However they do have some hard to find parts, so I use them as a last resort.

Sucks that there's only like three or so worthwhile retailers out there for scoot parts. Just placed a Scootertuning order shipped next day shipping for $13. Hard to beat that.

There parts are easily organized per scooter, thats one thing beneficial about the site.
But yea my scootertuning.ca experience was way better and more like human customer service.
