i read the carb adjust procedure in the tech section and there are questions. my carb has a mixture screw but no idle screw. the only adjustment on the throttle cable is for taking up the slack just like the one at the hand throttle. i put the scoot on the stand and if i turn the mix screw for highest rpm the rear wheel spins really fast. the only option i have is to turn screw until wheel stops. scoot sounds good, not running rich and it accelerates fine. am i missing the idle adjustmeent or does ny carb not have one.

you have to be missing an adjustment somewhere
i have never seen a carb where you couldnt set the idle
new carbs you can adjust the idle but the air/fuel screw is hidden

hmmmkay! maybe the screw i'm turnin IS the idle screw and i need to find the mix screw. i'll look 2morrow and let ya know. thanx fer da help!

yup that was the idle screw and the mix screw was right next to it just like in the pic. yeah im an idiot! thanx!
