Hello i have a chiniese scooter 70cc with yamaha aerox torque drive and giannelli rekord exhaust rollers are 4.5 max spped is 80kmh but the start is so slow from 0-50kmh is so slow but after 50kmg to 80 kmh it goes very well how can i fix the start

With a new pipe the power band moved upwards .
You usually need to add clutch springs that are a notch higher tension so that your at a higher rpms before you start moving.

Perhaps buy a pack of setup weights for the variator. And experiment with some lighter weights.

Atm im using 4.5 gram rollers when i put lighter rollers it make too much rpm

If you are rolling real slow for 10-30 yards then you start to pick up speeed go up another tension in clutch weights .
You should be Feeling power right from go .

Hi and welcome,you will have to experiment with the whole CVT but focus on the weights of the rollers 6gram is factory 4gram is race track,you can,t really win, good acceleration means less top end it,s just a balance you have to find for yourself but keep on asking till your sorted.

Hi and welcome to the forum you can try to go lighter in your roller weights if i was you i would do a hard reboot remove everything and start from scratch so you know where you stand put in the softest contra spring u can then put in about 6 gram rollers see what ur top speed is then lets say it was 50mph take out 6 gram rollers install 3.5 gram rollers you will have better acceleration with 3,5 but ur goal is to reach at 50mph mark so if you ponly go 40 mph with 3.5 try 4 gram and so one until you just hit the 50 mph and thats the money shot lock stock key and barrel NEXT
