105psi is not optimal, but it could be a problem with the tester or something and not the first place I'd look since the sound is coming from the rear of the CVT cover. I'd start by pulling the CVT cover and inspecting everything in there. Look for signs of contact or anything else that looks out of place.

They don't always come with the same weights. The best bet would be to weigh them and then determine what you want based on that. Lighter if you want more revs, heavier if you want less.

Well today i fixed a exhaust leek checked the compression and it was 110psi .After putting the plug back in i ran it only to find it was missing and backfiring.Pulled the plug and found a small peace of what looked like a drop of sundering.Put the plug back in and it is running fine.what should i do now?

I'd be inclined to pull the head and get a look in there, maybe even pull the cylinder and check the piston and rings since you've found a piece of something and the compression is on the low side. You say it runs fine though, so it's your call if you feel comfortable trusting it or not. You should be holding the throttle wide open for your compression tests. I also find I can pick up better readings using the kick starter a few times after cranking it over with the e-start.

You said you have a performance pipe, so I'd probably go with that and rejet if needed... or are you asking about buying something new?

If you want something pretty quiet, available at a good price, and suitable for a sport kit, you could look into a Leo Vince SP3. The Leo Vince ZX is a good choice that may offer a little more performance but it's a little louder and doesn't look anything like a stock pipe. If you've got more money to spend, the Yasuni pipes get great reviews... probably the Z or R for this app.

I dunno what it is exactly but some part of my variator clicks and clanks quite often. Ive inspected it numerous times and cant find signs of wear, so i just live it. Plus my triton was "knocking" at one point. Irealized it was the belt. There was evidence of this on the upper and lower portion inside my cvt cover where I was able to see the belt scrape thru the rubber dust and hit the cover. Might be a good idea to measure the thickness of yours and order one with your other parts. Cuz eventually, since it is a part that wears, you will need one.
Oh yeah, u already replaced it. So is it still making noise?
And welcome to the site! Im just a small distance from you in Myrtle Beach,SC. Im hoping to find some news sometime about scooter races here in our area. That would be hella fun.

i would say your running way too rich now. 80 to 115 is a rather large jump did you get any jets between those? hows your idle? when you had the 80 mj was it backfiring from the carb or the muffler?

I agree. 115 too big. You said at one point after a plug change and with the 80 it was running fine- so why the jump all the way to 115?
Id suggest to keep the factory airbox. The minimal gain that u may achieve doesnt quite make up for the extra noise. Ask anyone on this site too and you'll find that your scooter will be much easier to tune properly with the stock air box.
