I even fitted a EFI and tuned it on a dyno. Before the EFI was fried by a faulty regulator I was lucky to get 8hp at the wheel. I think the only way to get a drag build out of a GY6 is to get a turbo. Even then I'm sceptical. If I could go back in time, I would have spent the money on a second hand 300cc and welded up an engine mount.

You could easily double that hp number with a 70cc 2t motor. Have you considered a 2 stroke swap?

Ok Ultra.I don't know what a RB30 engine is. Tell us what your dealing with? A stock 150cc or is it bored and stroked? All those upgrades without more ccs is futile.
1st-You have to be careful of making your ports larger on a 4t engine. You don't want to lose the velocity of the intake charge. Smoothing the intake track is ok, to a point, but don't make the port bigger. Exhaust to a lesser degree.
2nd- Just because you slap a 30mm carb. on it doesn't mean you need it. A CV carb works on vacuum. By just slapping one on doesn't mean its getting a strong enough signal to work correctly.
