Have a 50cc icebear that keeps flooding the carb to the point it is running out through the air filter while running. Have had 2 separate carbs on this scooter and still the same issue. Has a manual petcock and a vacumme operated pulse pump for fuel delivery, is it possible the pulse pump could be too high volume if it is for a 150cc not a 50cc? I bought second hand and know it was replaced but not if they used the same part# part.
