i am working on a 2008 50cc roketta and it is not firing i have changed the cdi and i have changed the coil i am not getting fire to the cdi or coil the guy said it was running and they put a new belt on it they took the starter and the variator off it to install the belt and then the scooter would not start and it didn't have any fire i was wandering anyone have anything i can try would like to get this think off my lift all help is appreciated

Is there a kill switch on the right control assy.? Is there a kill switch on the side stand?
Try disconnecting the black/white wire from the CDI and check for spark. If still no spark, then I have to believe the stator coil or the voltage regulator is the problem.

check the ignition trigger. its behind the fan cover. also did they put the big green wire back that goes on one of the starter bolts? it grounds the engine. or do you mean the kick starter?  |

yes i have checked the switch on the handle bars and the grownd is attached to the motor i have overhaualed these and installed big bore kits but this one is driving me crazy i was going to try the stator abd pickup coil next but my puller is the wrong size sorry i didnt post before now i lost the site and no kickstand switch
