I have a 2011 TaoTao 50cc scooter. I am installing a 100cc big bore upgrade kit to the engine. I was wondering if anybody has some advice or opinions on what size carburetor and what brand I should use to go along with the engine upgrade. And possibly any advice on what jet sizes to start with. The stock carburetor is a cvk and it's totally trashed so I need to put a new carburetor on any way and I want to get one that will accommodate the Big Bore Kit nicely. Thank you in advance for any advice and input you guys might have.

What's the actual bore of the kit you're installing?
100cc kits technically don't exist.

They call it the 100cc kid but I believe it's specs out at only 80 cc. I haven't decided on what company or brand to go with yet either. I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row so to speak before I pull the trigger and what parts to get. I was wondering if you might know also when it comes to measuring the bore of the carburetor for example a 20 mm carburetor is that measured on the inlet or the outlet of the carburetor?
