It starts fine, but i need to constantly throttle , up and down for it for it to move. Acts like it running out of gas. I installed new carb, new fuel filter, new fuel, adjusted valves, replace ignition and coll modules. replace vacuum lines., replaced air filter. tested petcock and replaced petcock with direct fuel line , . Only 576 miles on the trike. new spark plug did not make any difference. what is left to do? Here is a short video of the engine hesitating . youtu.be/6z7qU5rdxS8thanks

Have you tried placing blocks under the axle to elevate the rear wheels . . to determine if any difference in throttle response? Variator weights may not be properly oriented in the ramps? If sparkplug is reading rich . . petcock diaphragm may be deficient?

Hello
I put it on jack stands and it does the same thing, i have to constantly pump the throttle to keep it running.

To accurately diagnose problems follow the troubleshooting guide in the service manual to the letter. Guessing and shotgunning a scoot with new parts is not the way to fix them.
On the other hand, have you checked and adjusted the rear brake?

replaced petcock with direct fuel line So just for clarification . . your Ice Bear pst-50 is NOT one of the models with a floorboard level gas tank, and vacuum pulse-pump?

You may try a new spark plug they are cheap enough. The plug may be destroyed within causing your'e issue.
