I have made several international orders from brixiamoto.com this past year totally around ~500 Euro
2 of these items arrived and were an incorrect part, 1 just the other week and the other was ordered back in April.
I didn't want to have to make this post, but their continual lack of action to make this right leaves me no choice.
I realise the current state of the world has made the postal service slow, so I am cutting them slack for this. I ordered the first Item in April and it didn't arrive until July and then I made an order in June and it came about a fortnight ago, and day after the first item actually..
I won't go into detail about the items, as that is betweem them and me, but it is their service (or lack of which bugs me)
I don't know if it is a case of the owner not knowing what his employees are up to, but they continually say they need to talk to a 'returns specialist' or whoever is in charge and then I never get a response. Very unmotivated to do anything about the problem or afraid to talk to their boss. But if the employees are allowed to run amok while the boss is out sunning himself in his ferrari, that is an awful look for the company.
This kind of stuff is what ruins companies and I hope they have what it takes to make this right. I will remove this if/when the matter is resolved.

that seems to be the case with most of the italian scooter shops. its hard to get any kind of reply from them about parts questions or order issues. ive ordered from brixiamoto, bicasbia, demoto, and others. ive also ordered from other places because i couldn't get a reply from these businesses. trying to find vespa parts has me searching through a lot of italian sites. i messaged and emailed bicasbia numerous times about a sizeable parts order. (over 1200usd) and have gotten no reply. they also have ridiculous shipping rates. bicasbia wanted 780 usd to ship a cylinder, crankshaft, clutch, and little small odds and, like ends screws, levers, bearings, gaskets. i tried to contact and ask how they come to this shipping amount, and never heard back. so i went else where to place my order. i thought maybe it was a me being from usa that was the reason for no answers and high prices. but seeing youre in Australia, i guess its not that. i choose to now contact places like treatland.tv or parts for scooters or sometimes other US based scooter shops. treats will order anything you need if they have an account with the place. benji is getting me prices from parmakit right now. because i cant get info from the italian shops. and this has been this way for years. pre-covid. i wonder how these places stay in business with customer service like that. im just relieved to hear im not the only individual with these concerns.

I have an order from Brixia in transit now. 🙈 you know how bad the shipping is, as the delivery date when I placed the order was from end of August till end of September! Vespa has a big following here it's possible someone may have stock in the U.K. harley if I can help let me know.

I received my order today. So it's taken about two weeks to get here.

Glad to see it isn't only me I think they stay afloat because they are the biggest / only show in town. E.g. they are the only online retailer that offers buy now - pay later services like afterpay, and they DO have a wide array of product like MXS 90cc setups ready to go and twin cylinder parts too. But I hear this is the case with many online scooter retailers. The boss is always out, and they employ teenagers who know enough to be dangerous but don't have the authority to make any decisions above selling items, and it's almost impossible to talk to the main guy, and when you have a complaint they seem to no longer have the authority to talk to you or need to refer to some 'returns department' that does not exist.. *sigh* damned if you do, damned if you don't
