I wonder what size scoot engine that was. I didn't see a displacement listed. I figured at least a 125/150cc to make 44MPH in such a contraption.
He has found a way to have fun in such strange times. I admire him for that.

Probably a 125cc. The 150 is very rare here because of our licencing laws.
It gave him something positive to do in lockdown.
