When bleeding your brakes, make sure you don't get any brake fluid on the the brake light switch. Just a little fluid will ruin it.

Avoid getting brake fluid on about anything you don't have to really, especially painted surfaces.

Yeah that stuff will ruin just about anything that isn't made of metal. I hate how it feels when it gets on your skin/hands. Yuk!@
