So I am new to this form, and so far it has been very helpful! Thank you Administrators for making this site possible!
I have a 2003 jinan qingqi qm50qt-3e 2-stroke scooter with a manual choke, and I am having a hard time starting it. Most of the time I will have to jump off the scooter using a vehicle to get it started. Once it gets warm, the scooter will start fine by its self using the electric start. The reason I jump it off is because if I try and use the battery in the scooter, it will drain the battery before it starts. I just replaced the battery less than 2 weeks ago, so I assume it isn't the battery. So what else would be the cause of making the scooter so difficult to start?

Welcome to the forum. I deleted your duplicate thread, you really don't need to post 2 threads with the exact same content.
Once the scooter is running, try adjusting your idle mixture and speed. If this is off it can make the scooter hard to start. Adjust the mixture screw to achieve a smooth idle and adjust the speed screw to a suitable idle RPM (usually around 1700RPM).
It could be a faulty automatic enricher. When the scooter is cold and hasn't been started the plunger on the enricher should be up, not blocking off the passage in the carb. After the scooter is running for a while it should heat up and expand as you see in the video below. They tend to malfunction the other way and never expand so it's rich all the time, but it's worth a look.
