Hello Everyone, I just recently ordered the 2020 Venom x20 50cc today and I'm pretty excited! Here's the link: Venom
I look forward to interacting with everyone on here! Question, what mods would you guys recommend me for this scooter? Also, If I wanted to upgrade the CARB, would a 70-100cc be a fit for my scooter? Thanks, JohnnyBoy!

Welcome to the forum Sharp looking bike That is a 4 stroke so it will be very spendy to make it go faster .
So what is your budget .
Swapping a Bigger cylinder would do the most for top end and take off The Cdi may be resricted to keep your Rpms from going much above 7000 rpms you could get one that is unrestricted that runs past 8000 rpms .
Exhausts dont add much but sound . Carb upgrades only help bigger motors overkill on smaller motors
You could tune the transmission with the current motor to either more top end by a couple mph or a little bit better take off .

The transmission could be tuned with different weight combinations to shift differently .
But first thing you should do is ride it for a few tanks of gas at least just so you have a baseline on how it runs . While you are doing that find a steep hill and see how fast you go down it compared to a flat wide open run . If they are both the same speed a upgrade on the cdi so you can turn more rpms would be something I would look at .
If you are lucky and you are faster on the steep hill then it is unrestricted you then could look at maxing out the gear ratio on the transmission. We would need to see a picture of the inside of your transmission case to coach you through that .

The ad says it displays RPM, so the easy way for me to tell if the CDI is rev limited is to make sure it's secure on the center stand and rev it up just long enough to see if RPM does go up to 9,000-10,000. It may go higher, but you can let off at that point because you'll probably never need it to rev any higher than that. Again, make sure the scoot is secure if you try that because you don't want it revved up and then coming off of the stand or the wheel touching the ground, and let the engine warm up a bit first. That's shown in the vid below, as well as testing of some aftermarket ignition stuff and a free mod. www.youtube.com/watch?v=p63JXW29tVo

That's a sharp looking bike. Just ride it for a bit. Then you will have an idea what needs improvement. Then go from there.

Check your local laws, some states require a scooter to have a step through frame and a 30MPH top speed for riding without a motorcycle license.

I have the same bike, Icebear makes them and sells many to other businesses like Venom. I did a ton of overkill searching and research lol. I've already started modifying it and I enjoy riding it to the shop, we also use Groms for pitbikes. So far it's most comparable to the latest Honda Grom, I did a side to side comparison. Many parts swap over but some don't due to the engine/trans configuration differences.
