So this "should be an easy fix" non-runner eton beamer ii that I got a few months back has been not easy.
I have it running now but it runs pretty rough and has that general feeling of "what's this engine noise" going on.
So here's a video where i move the crank around with everything off. Can some of you experts put me out of my misery and tell me its dead? lol.
I spent enough on it and it has a clean title, that I would likely repair what needs to be repaired (or find a salvage engine to put on it). I personally am not much of a fan of how it rides so don't plan on keeping it though.
Would this be new crank and new bearings?
I can post a video of it idling if that would help at all. carb isn't perfectly tuned but i dont really want to waste time on that if it's shot.

That's not good at all. You might get lucky and just be able to replace the bearings. But with that much movement, the crank is likely gone.

What are you thinking price wise w/o fixing the crank? I'm in Janesville and may be interested.
