Hello everyone , i'm Rodrigo ! i'm soon to be 32 years old married guy who's crazy in love with 2 stroke engines !
I'm the lucky owner of a superb and sexy Aprilia Rs 125 M.Y. 2001 and a Yamaha Aerox , both are work in progress but doing great .

cool. nice lookin Thank you very much! The Aprilia it's some kind of a piece of history, I've had that bike since I was 15 and I didn't have the legal age for driving it on roads . I've spent an incredible amount of time riding it and I don't want to think about the money , but at some point of the story I brought a "donor bike" because was cheaper ! The yamaha aerox ( ok, I've to be honest, it is actually an mbk nitro ) is the 3th I own, the first two got stolen years ago. |

i'm back on PC and i've some free time , let's write more ! my dad literally infected me with passion for motorbikes, engine tuning and riding when i was 6, ad the time we had a piaggio super bravo 3 , a nice moped with manual gears and i learned how to drive on that thing . when i was 14 i was in love with the yamaha aerox but my dad can't find one used, so i go for the second option : aprilia sr 50! i drive it for two years and i used my skill for saving some money, i've worked on every friend's scooter! with my saving i can finally have my (used) aerox . when i got it was just a frame and a box of parts, i put it together and i've my long time loved aerox, i choose rosso corsa and withe ( rosso corsa is the original red from ferrari ) but it was stolen on halloween night 2005. this the last( and one of the few ...) picture i've !  meanwhile i had my rs 125 , that bike had a long story ! my dad's best friend have a son 2 years older than me he was the owner of my RS before me . i drove that bike every day from 16 to 18 for every needs! i go to school , travel in central italy with my at the time GF, no wife ) and trackdays , in one of that truck days i've meet marco simoncelli (RIP)    (yes,somehow i trapped her, now she's my wife ! ) when i was 18 this beauty arrived :  at 18 i didn't had the legal age for driving on public roads, i waited 3 years before driving on daily basis , but i had a terrible accident in 2012: i was moving really slow before entering my home driveway and someone hit me from the back at more then 80km/h and i'm luck i can still walk on my legs , no need to say the bike was destroyed , broken in 2 parts . 4 years ago i got another aerox :  i've done a classic for me : i adapted a piaggio exhaust to minarelli engine , a stage 6 r1200 !
this one was stolen in front of my office ..
and now we arrive to current day !

That is some bad luck you have had with bikes. Having something stolen. Especially if it means so much to you. Can't be offset by money.
I really want another Aerox.

i've to explain why my actual aerox is looking so much poor and old :
after i've got the second one stolen i choose to focus only on the mechanics
everything is new, i've got an athena sporting cylinder , top performance crankshaft , malossi multivar, phbg 21 , polini evolution II exhaust and other nice stuff but i keep all the old, cracking and scratched plastics to make it look low profile !
i hope that trick works and this one doesn't get stolen !
