A really dumb question

So, I have a 150cc GY6 short case motor, originally intended for an ATV. The plan is to mount a 3:50 X 10 tire and wheel on it.

What should I install in the final drive for gears? (it has some strange ratio in there intended for a chain drive off of the rear axle)
