I had a small leak at the connection of the hose to the Injector. Cut 1/2 inch off the hose and reconnected. Still leaking! I want to buy some fresh hose. Any scooter mavens know the diameter of the hose, and can I purchase it at a automotive store? UPDATE: Drained the oil and brought the original hose(which was more like hard plastic than rubber) to the auto parts store. I told him it was for oil. He returned with 2 feet of new hose(size: 7/32). As I was installing the hosing I noticed print on it( windshield viper/vaccum). My new question is: will this hold-up to the petroleum??? I don't need this breaking down and gunking up the engine. Going to a local small engine repair shop today to see what they have. Thanks Folks, Jim

Have you got the 1/2" you cut off to take in? All of my injection stuff is long gone or I'd measure for you. Sorry. There should be 2 hoses. One to the carb, one from the tank. I wanna say the one to the carb is really small, like 1/8" and the other is probably 1/4". Those are just guesses from what I can remember though.

Do you have any of those little squeeze clamps laying around? Maybe a small zip tie will stop the leak?

Your local automotive wholesaler should have some fuel injection hose clamps that should work, though they are "pricy", and are "use 1 time only", one should get the job done.
