I see waaaay too many scooters listed for sale with no title. Come on A-holes. (Not here, Facebook marketplace and Craigslist)
I think I’m gonna list a title with no scooter. See if I can get $700 for a piece of paper.

Make it a blank title with no VIN or description.

Come to SC, you dont need a title. You have to register it and plate it (since 2018) but that's all. Only one of the 15 or so scooters I have had over the years had a title and someone stole that scoot. LOL! IMO It is pointless for an item that usually costs under $2000 People have TV's that cost more than that, and get no title with it.

Even in the U.K. This is a problem. It doesn't make sense to sell it without a title here. All it costs you is £20 and two weeks wait. They have to be registered here by law. What? It could be stolen? 🤔

Here in Pennsylvania you need a title to transfer a vehicle especially if you want to drive on the street with a tag.

I bought a 15' Zuma for $200 with no title, hell the ID was even scratched off lol. Intend to break it down to nuts and bolts... spare parts! Maybe even build the engine. One to ride, one to play with.

Too much stolen shit to chance buying a scooter with a VIN scratched off. Even a parts scoot/car/vehicle I’ve taken photos of the seller’s ID and gotten a signed bill of sale.

Titles and plates for anything that runs on the road is a source of tax revenue
