Well im done with the BBK so i'm putting a new 90cc 2 stroke onmy 05 Triton R4 from Parts for Scooters.Now any info on the 90cc please do tell.It will be used daily 40 miles round trip.I'm not looking to race it just want something that will run 35/45 cruise and top out low 50s.Thanks

On the road again..................Man i wished id done this in the first place.Put 60miles on it today and never missed a bit.Gps had me cruising 38mph ill open it up after the brake in.It's all stock running a 85 main jet 5g rollers new stock pipe.

After ridding this week im glad i went with a new setup.Im cruising at 38mph and top out at 49 mph.Now im sure with some tweaking i could get more but im having to ride this everyday till Sept.After then ill do some playing around with but im going to change to a performance pipe.

I'm a big fan of the Phongeer pipe if you go with an exhaust. Another good option to gain some speed and acceleration is a variator. I've had good luck with the Hoca performance vari from PFS . More info on both of those in the Project 90 thread.

I got the Phongeer exhaust from vtcycles.com . You'll have to email or call though, they don't show it on the site. What you're doing sounds pretty much like what you should expect stock.

do they make more aggressive cylinders for the 90cc or 100cc?

It seems like it goes mild then straight to wild. There are the standard kind of cylinders, then the Hoca 54mm is a little better in stock form than the typical stuff. Then the next kits I know of go all the way to Big Evo, 2FAST, MHR... stuff that costs a couple grand for the crank and cylinder.

Just put 500 miles on the new 90cc....... Its running great tops out at 52mph i can now cruise at 35/40 mph up the bridges around here.For you guys using the BBK just get you a 90cc engine from Parts for scooters.com mine was $520.00 shipped in 3 days.
