I am going to try it again. I am doing a 3 day scamping trip starting Thurday Oct 27. I would like to invite any Nevada Scooter Brigade members who would like to join me on my first leg of the trip.
Leg 1 - RR( 12 noon ) to Speedway Truck Stop for a lite lunch. 20 miles.
Leg 2 - Speedway to the Panranagat National Wildlife Preserve 70 mile north of speedway
Raw Camp no water, no restroom. Night temps low 40's Thurday night.
Leg 3 - Friday morning Preserve to Caliente NV, 70 miles north on Hwy 93, setup camp in a RV Park
then travel 40 miles on Hwy 319 to the Utah Border and back to Caliente to camp. Friday night
temps in low 30's.
Leg 4 - Saturday Return trip to Las Vegas, Exporering as much as possible.
Best part of trip. After Speedway, cell service is near none.
In the desert, alone on a horse with no name.
