Hi, today while changing my mopeds oil I noticed this tube was moving, honestly hadnt noticed it before. When I inspected it it moved and found that it was not attached to anything. The upper section was attached to a section of tubing but appeared to be sheered off or cut.

My moped works fine, doesnt seem to be affected. Sunny JL50QT-6A with GY6, 139QMB 4-stroke engine.

I believe its some types of EGR but not sure. Thanks

But usually these will go to somewhere on the air box.
