It would probably fit, but those have a lousy reputation. I'd hold out for something better. You can find Leo Vince pipes fairly regularly on eBay at good prices, used especially. I've never used a pipe like that, but I've never heard anyone give it a good review.

After trying a pipe for a Zuma on my Beamer--would not fit without some modding of bracket and headpipe / flange--I wrote Leo Vince and they said they dont make a dedicated pipe for the Beamer. I think Tecnigas is the only company that makes a dedicated Beamer pipe if you want straight bolt-on. Ive emailed Jaingwayne too . . . He has nothing. I'd like to know if anyone has anything they know will be a straight bolt-on, no grinding or heating-beating the chamber to make fit, also,

That I don't know. I'm not sure what would be different about the E-Ton vs a Vento or Keeway for example. My ZX is for an Aerox 100 and fits on all of my minarelli powered scoots easily. I might have to add a spacer washer or something like that, but it's not bad. My SP3 was for an Aprilia. I had to flip a bracket around, but it works well with any of my scoots I've bolted it to now.

The LV-TT pipe I got for a Zuma, was made so the pipe and aluminum expansion gasket-ring sat about 2mm above the flange whereas the stock pipe, everything is below. Also the bracket needed spacers cut from bar stock, cuz about an inch was needed to be made up. I could have made it work if I had to, though . . .

The header sounds normal to me. My stock pipes use a groove that holds the gasket. My Leos use a ring above the header to hold the gasket in place. As long as it's short enough that the gasket can compress before that ring stops it, it should be fine. Works for me anyway. If it really bugs you, you can open up the header and remove it, then seal with flat gaskets or copper rtv. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=exhausted&action=display&thread=374

I sort of figured as much. If they didnt take it back I was going to take it into work and grind about 1mm off the pipe and make a fat gasket that covered the whole flange. I was sort of surprised to see how small and restricted the exhaust port was. A tiny "D" shape hole no bigger than my thumbnail. Seems like no matter what pipe you might put on that smallish port is going to add a certain amount of restriction.

if you have a short case engine you want a vino pipe if its a long case engine you want a zuma pipe
and even with the zuma some times we have to order pipes for other scoots and mod the brackets to work for some reason they dont make a sp3 for the zuma so we run a guti pipe on them

Always HUGE help  Im going to restart my pipe search again. Sort of hard to sneak work time on the scoot and try to get out old , creaky house ready for sale. Gotta keep my wife happy, too ! he he he  Back in ye daze of olde, I was involved in shorttrack racing. A lot of people would cut the intake side of the piston skirt up a few mm's to keep the intake port open longer. Do people still do that, or is that proven to be useless over time ? We had no idea what we were doing or if it made any difference, we just knew the fast guys did it . . . :spin:

for the stock bore on the zumas i normaly gasket match it and blend it 1/2 to 3/4 of the way back into the port(make sure you don punch thru anywhere) then i raise the exhaust about 1mm and widen it up just a bit
