fix belt slip first is the belt out off spec then replace that first to see if slipping stops
If the belt is within specs the a upgraded contra is in order. You can upgrade to aftermarket contra spring of the medium strength or light strength should stop the slipping.
With expansion pipes you usually need stiffer clutch springs and lighter weights in the variator
If you roll slow for 30 feet and then pick up speed you need stiffer clutch springs you want to jump off the line when you hit the throttle with power . medium or hard springs one of those 2 will work best .
As far as weights You will need a range of weights at least starting at your current weight and a 1/2 gram lighter and 1 gram lighter than you have now .
Run all 3 weight sets and see which one you like best and gives you the best top speed .

the polini is a good variator I picked up a 2-3 mph with stock motor and pipe because of the higher gear ratio from that variator . The contra spring that comes with it is a upgrade over the stock spring
