So i have a Yasuni c16 exhaust but im not sure what to get right after i tried mounting it on a stock bore but it took some modifications for it to sorta fit i did end up taking it off once I heard an exhaust leak and being told i would need to upgrade to a 70cc bbk to even use it but my problem is... Is the c16 even made for a Roughhouse because the exhaust doesn't align its self with the exhaust port or the mounts if it wasn't for the modification i did to make it fit? I don't want to but it under too much tension or anything i thought it was a plug and play after reading about it on scooter tuning

You will most likely need to modify the mounting bracket. I had to make the holes into slots on my Yasuni R.
As you know the c16 is not the right pipe to use with the stock bore. The Yasuni c16 makes peak power at at least 10k rpm (likely higher). So you will also need to pick a cylinder that's in that range. Also, the stock crank will be at its limit at 10k rpm. So either replace the crank while your at it, or consider the possibility that it could fail.
If you're ok with replacing the crank and cylinder, you're going to get great performance. The Stage 6 cast cylinder would probably match up nicely with it, but after that all your other options are aluminum. Most of the other cast iron cylinders will rev a little to low to take advantage of it. Aluminum give more power, but also require better tuning to prevent catastrophe.
There may be some cast options I'm missing, but that's how I understand it.

The C16 makes peak power from 10,000 to 11,000 RPM. That's a big ask on a stock crank. You have brought a mid race pipe. It's needs a bigger carb, and crank to get The performance out of it. The most cost effective modification is a big bore kit. You could get a Polini, or Malossi sport kit for less, than the pipe. And it would give you more performance than bolting on just a C16.

Get a malossi sport 70cc kit I run them Lunatuck runs one on his Genuine Buddy . Other Choices Polini ,Stage 6 ,Top Performance Trophy ,Dr70, Naraku
All are Dual sport cast iron very reliable . just about doubles horsepower . More power from take off to top end . Crank Friendly . Can Run stock pipe, Carb may need a slight up jet and a richer needle setting, Transmission needs very little if any tuning since the powerband is very friendly.
The Yasuni C16 is a awesome pipe for the right setup. So you need A Better Crank because its high revving. Need a bigger carb to feed the beast and keep your cylinder cool . Transmission you need very stiff clutch springs to get yu started up in the power band and you need really light weights so you spin up into the higher rpm range that that pipe lives .

It will pair with the C16 The powerbands over lap nicely
You are going to need alot lighter rollers than you have now so that you spin up in the power band of that combo 4 grams- 5.5 gram range would be my best guess that you will find the power band . Just go with the lightest weights that give you the best top speed .
Clutch Springs You will need hard springs to very hard so you get a good launch . If you roll slow for 30 feet and then pick up speed go harder on the springs . You want to jump off the line with power.
Contra Spring You may need to go up one tension to light or possibly to medium to avoid belt slip From the extra power .
Jets You need to have a range of jets that are up to 10% larger than before you put the pipe on if you are running the same air box .
This will keep you from cooking your cylinder
Temp Gauge You are going to be turning 10,000 rpms and want to make sure your wide open jetting levels off below 350 degrees .

So if i add the pipe to the moped it would be fine? I still have stock crank and carb and airbox

The street race cylinder likes to rev between 9,000-11000 RPM. The C16 likes to go between 9,500-11,000. Not good on a standard crank. My street race bent the standard crank with just over a 1,500 miles on it! I knew it was a risk.

It's not exactly plug and play. You have to change the throttle cable over. You want to set the height so it gets fully open at full throttle. But is closed at idle. If you have a choke cable, that needs setting too. You will have to set the idle screw to work. And also the mixture screw when running. Then you can look at the jetting. Definitely clean it thoroughly first.
