Trail Tech TTO CHT setup how? calling out tto gyros!

I am at a loss how to set up the temp gauge on this trail tech TTO. Especially with it only having one button.

My thumb actually hurts from trying to figure out how to set max temp, time. Max temp is set at 74f 🤦‍♂️

I got it, from trail tech rep, max is for when it hits the max, time was simple to do, im not good with stuff like this, i still use hold temp on couple old honeywell thermostats lol because for the life of me I cannot adjust thousand settings to one temp that my father had set very warm when he was sick.
