Modded stock exhaust

Dont know if anyone has done this I learned it from a guy that does custom rx-7 builds but I cut my factory exhaust and gutted it than stuff it with steal wool and weld it back together and also cut out the outlet to about a 3 inch hole before u weld it take some metal grated wire and tack weld over outlet hole to hold steal wool in. It sounds awesome and u can adjust the sound by how much wool u put in. To be honest it's the best sounding exhaust I've heard

Been in almost a year now still good I guess I'll find out but the guy that told me about it been doing it for years on custom rx-7s nvr really asked him about how long it lasts but I'm fine even it it only lasts a year I'll just repack it
