Hey everyone. I’m a hardcore noob at builds. Doing my first one currently. I’ve had a ton of fun tearing it down and putting it back together so far. Lots of videos and research and some headaches but overall it’s been awesome to do. However, I’ve come running to this forum in need of assistance and advice. I’ve never tuned anything with performance parts and performance carbs before. Hardcore noob here. I’ve adjusted mixture screws on stock 2 stroke carbs before and that’s pretty much it. This is my first time jetting and boy am I having a doosie here.
So it’s an 09 Zuma 2 stroke with, 70cc polini corsa Yasuni R(deristricted by “SSS”) Stock crank Top Performance variator(four 5g and two 7g) Polini clutch with stage 6 bell Stock intake with 6mm spacer between reeds V force-3 reed cage with stuffer installed 21mm dell’ phbg Carb Stock air box with 3 ,1/2” holes drilled
I live in florida keys. It’s sea level and always hot here. But the humidity is an average of 75% year round. Come visit. It’s great here. Just don’t come this Monday. Hurricane Elsa is on the way. See you around guys!

Welcome to the forum. Start a build thread, then we will be able to help, and see how it's going.
You should only really mix variator weights evenly. So 5,7,5,7,5,7 ect. Otherwise it might cause an imbalance an the end of the crank. Always good to remember, you could easily be spinning around at over 10,000 RPM with that setup.

With that pipe and kit all 5's in the variator or 5.5 would be better and not imbalanced. on the left of the screen scoot faqs and directory will help alot .
Quite a few zuma builds and builders to follow . Just start a build thread so we can all help

Thanks for the welcoming responses guys. I’ll make sure to change the rollers so they’re not Imbalanced. And I’ll start a build thread like you guys suggested. Appreciate the advice!
