You probably are not getting into the power band to really let the setup work properly. I had the stage 6 racing, and C16. You need to be getting about 9,500 rpm to start making serious power. If you are running around at lower revs it doesn't get the best from it. You definitely need racing/stiff clutch springs. Keep going, you will get there.

I do have a Polini 3G clutch.. The thing is it's 107mm,, and the engine is born with 112mm.. And right now I dont have a bell for the 3G.. But if I get a 107mm bell,, will the 3G clutch be good then ??

Sell them,, and buy some other setup.. More like a sports setup.. You could always "detune" that set up by running a v8 pipe. The Honda guys here on Oahu will "detune" polini corsa bores by running a YMS v8 pipe. ...at some point you're going to get hooked on speed and you might wish you didn't get rid of the c16 and the bore

I do kinda agree with keeping what you take off. You’ll always have them as future spares to work up to.

Aside from the folks that are hell bent on having something reliable for commuting, most sport kits turn to midrace kits and so on eventually. You're just taking a more direct path there. It will be a steep learning curve, but you would probably be really happy if it's right. For me, the worst part of that curve is starting right out with the aluminum kit, simply because they are less forgiving if they run lean.

Before you get rid of the pipe and bore...
...intstall the Polini 3G clutch and sample that.
If you don't already have spring sets, you can buy the Polini kit that comes with 3 sets of springs.
The craze amongst the Honda guys here is to run a Keli heavy clutch with Polini "blues". I guess they do that to achieve a hard snap launch from a stop...then again, a lot of them are into doing wheelies.
I switched over to racing clutches because i was tired of having to Pull spring. Racing clutches like the Polini and the Stage 6 are so much easier to work with and change out springs.
The beauty of clutches like the 3G is the fact that you can preload/tension the clutch springs to suit your target RPM.
I would sample the 3G clutch before you shitcan the bore and pipe.

You have put a lot of money and time into this. I wouldn't give up yet. Get a clutch bell to match the clutch. Then see how it goes. This is the thing with high end stuff, it's very finicky. You need everything to work together.

With my newest build I have to keep talking myself into go slow and start out tame and then get wild .
