Ncy store and scooters to go review

I would like to give reviews on two companies I ordered from a few times recently. First is ncy store I had or thought I had ordered a bunch of stuff but somehow the order didn't place. I was looking for it in order history and didn't see it. This was about 6pm eastern time. I left them a email with my number and within a hour I got a call it turns out for whatever reason the order didn't place. So I went on and made the order again but this time my wife put the billing address for the shipping address to. I text them and asked to change it they don't really ship to a different address than the billing address but I was able to provide a few pieces of Prof and they were able to change it.my point behind this was they are very responsive and helpful as this was going on at 130 am eastern time now there pacific time but still very late and they wanted to make sure I got my order as fast as possible. My order will be here Monday and I am very happy all around they have a lot of stuff at good prices and there shipping always arrived on time or early.
The second place is a ebay seller stg(scooters to go) I messaged to ask him a question about the airsal piston I got a response within 10 minutes and was helpful. I ordered a set of pre pressed gears for 49 bucks and a 50mm airsal piston and there own brand cylinder for 66 bucks. He charges shipping but it doesn't bother me as my items shipped same day. I can't speak on the quality of the parts yet there coming on wed but he is helpful and knowledgeable and it shipped same day. Bottom line I would recommend either company to anyone

I dd look at buying from NCY store .
They do have good prices .
I just could not find any feedback for them so I ordered from Scooterworks .
Glad to hear they picked up the phone were willing to work with you .
In this day in age service from all sectors is really lacking .
So the Better companies deserve a shoot out .

. The guy was messaging me at 2 am here which is 11 pm in Cali my cranks gonna be here mon I ordered it Fri am to me that says a lot

Update ncy store was great besides free shipping I believe they upgraded to faster shipping I ordered Friday early am all my stuff arrived Monday by 3 pm can't ask for more than that. Everything was as supposed to be. As for scooters to go no complaints either everything was what it was supposed to be he's responsive and shipping arrived on time I ordered Thu at 6 pm and it came Monday at 3 pm. Good dealing with both places
