I’ve been meaning to put these parts to good use, so no time like the present. The frame for this build is from a Metropolitan, the rest of the parts are from my toy box. Moonstone gray rear frame and battery box. Chrome lowered seat frame. Polished gas cap. Zen Kustumz foot pegs. RRGS forks. Chrome handlebars, stem, and left side controls. Trail tech speedometer. NCY grips and throttle. Chrome bar ends and mirrors. Koso Afterburner tail light with built in turn signals.

Here we go again. I have absolutely no idea what you mean. This is my first “Metropolitan” build. Honest

That's a fat front. What size tire did you use? Going with a stock 150, for reliability? You must do some of the quickest builds on here. 👍

The front wheel is 12x4 with a 120/70-12 Avon Viper Stryke. The rear will be 12x8 with a 140/70-12 Avon.
The 150 cc has been good to me. I change the cheap parts for better quality ones, do some CVT tuning and different carbs. That’s my routine and it has served me well. Reliability is down to proper servicing with the GY6.
My first attempt at a build took over a year. But I didn’t have the parts or knowledge back then. It’s easier to complete these builds when you have all the parts and tools required. Build ‘em fast, ride ‘em faster.

Put on the angled carb riser and the Mojo Customs engine mount. 12 inch stretch and 8 inch fatty. Heart transplant successful. She’s a roller.

Installed the carb, fuel pump, throttle and rear brake cables. Next up is the exhaust. Trying to find a header pipe similar to the one on my black GET.

Hit the gas tank cover with a few coats of gloss clear coat. Painted the headlight ring and the triple tree headlight mount silver and then clear coated both. Everything is drying nicely.
