Well, I figured id get a rough idea if there's a market for people who would want better quality gaskets for their scooters I can produce any gasket other than a metal head gasket (sorry) I can produce them in almost any gasket material (rubberized cork, tan fiber, and rubber fiber, etc) I will only use the best I can get my hands on (fel-pro, Made in USA, the good stuff) They would be cut on a precision machine (my Cricut Explorer) and quality checked by yours truly. Open to suggestions on what thickness you'd want, (thinking 1/16 for intake and base gasket) as well as what material would be better. cost would be roughly 14$ shipped to the lower 48, and you get 2 intake gaskets, as well as 2 base gaskets (for Minarelli horizontal only, currently) i would need atleast 10 people for this to be a viable. (here's some pics of my first prototype sample, final product will be a lot smoother)

Seems to work well in those spots for the 2T. I put a light film of grease on it for the gearbox and it has been durable; allowing me to reuse gaskets. Cuts well with a razor knife and punches, where some fiber gaskets fray. Guess that wouldn't be an issue for you though.

Suggestion: Rubber CVT gaskets. Those cheap paper pieces of junk get wasted after putting it together and the next time you take it apart. Yet my Super 9 has a good quality Rubber CVT gasket stock and it wont ever get wasted. It has a bit of a lip over the cvt cover to keep it in place too

Definitely interested. I purchased a new Wolf RX 50 in mid July. Breakin is almost completed. Higher quality gasket material spec for gaskets and seals are on the shortlist of parts needed in addition to a "big bore" kit. This will be a winter project. Just. PM me with your cost proposal. I am interested in getting two of each gasket. Thanks for working on a solution to this issue!
