Picked up this Vespa ET4. as i've been taking off stickers sometimes the paint comes off with. Anybody have any special tips on how to get the tricky ones off without the paint coming too? I knew it would take a long time but didn't consider paint coming off with it... I've generally been using heatgun and goo gone.
On the plus side it's never been laid down and has zero body damage whatsoever (until i pulled paint off i suppose).
It appears the previous owner was really into vintage car racing.

Using a hair dryer (or a heat gun with a low setting) may help the adhesive release better. Goo Gone or Goof Off to get rid of leftover sticky residue.

i attempted one of those rubber drill insert remover tools, but that quickly removed some paint. So I wouldn't suggest trying that ever.

Those stickers should never be removed or the scoot will slow down. Each sticker made the scoot go 10% faster which can be up to and exceeding the speed of light where you can't even see it move as it transits the universe and arrives back at the point of origin. Some automotive types talk about acetone and stickers.
